Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada is pleased to recognize Becky Moynes Meyer as the 2025 WSWC Female Barefoot Athlete of the Year.
Becky continues to make an exceptional impact within the barefoot community both on and off the water. She currently serves as Chair of the WSWC Barefoot Committee, playing a key role in supporting and growing the discipline across the country.
A 12-time National Champion, Becky remains a force in competition. She is currently ranked 4th overall in the world, including an impressive 3rd-place world ranking in Jump.
Beyond her athletic achievements, Becky balances an incredibly full schedule. She runs her own physiotherapy business, works as a farmer, and is raising a family—while also helping inspire the next generation of barefoot athletes in Canada.
Becky Moynes Meyer is a deserving recipient of this year’s award in recognition of her dedication, leadership, and continued excellence in the sport.
