Competition is officially underway at the 2026 IWWF World Over 35 Waterski Championships, as the world’s top over-35 water skiers take to the water this week at the Lakes of KastynStone at the Predator Bay Water Ski Club in Calgary, Alberta.
Over the next five days, approximately 250 athletes from 20 countries will compete for world titles in Slalom, Trick, Jump, and Overall, while also battling for the coveted Team Overall Title. Featuring the world’s best male and female over-35 water skiers, the championships promise elite performances as athletes push the limits of speed, strength, precision, and skill.

Competition runs daily through Sunday, July 26, with action taking place simultaneously on two lakes. Admission is free, and spectators are encouraged to visit Predator Bay to watch world-class competition up close.
The championships also provide an outstanding opportunity for photographers, videographers, and media to capture the excitement of international competition. With athletes competing throughout the day in all three water ski disciplines, there will be no shortage of dramatic action, compelling stories, and spectacular images.
