About the Workshop
Maltreatment in sports often occurs in the presence of bystanders. This workshop is designed to equip participants with effective tools to intervene and disrupt harmful behaviors using the “5Ds of Bystander Intervention” methodology: distract, delegate, document, delay, and direct.
