CANADIAN ATHLETES SHINE AT THE 64TH MASTERS AND 31ST JR. MASTERS WATER SKI TOURNAMENT

Water Ski Canada is thrilled to announce the outstanding achievements of our Canadian athletes at the 64th Masters Water Ski & Wakeboard Tournament and 31st Jr. Masters Tournament. With 13 Canadian competitors in the mix, we proudly celebrate an impressive 10 podium finishes, highlighting the exceptional talent and dedication of our athletes.

Notable Performances:

Hannah Stopnicki (Quebec) – Dominated the Jr. Women’s Trick event, securing the gold medal and earning the title of back-to-back Jr. Masters Champion.

Megan Pelkey (Alberta) – Achieved silver in Jr. Women’s Trick and clinched gold in Jr. Women’s Overall, also achieving back-to-back Jr. Masters Champion status.

George Malinovski (Quebec) – Took bronze in Jr. Men’s Overall, showcasing his versatile skills.

Cole McCormick (Ontario) – Triumphed in Men’s Slalom, earning his first Masters Champion title.

Stephen Neveu (Alberta) – Secured bronze in Men’s Slalom, adding to Canada’s medal tally.

Neilly Ross (Ontario) – Earned silver in both Women’s Trick and Women’s Slalom, demonstrating her prowess in multiple disciplines.

Paige Rini (Ontario) – Claimed bronze in Women’s Slalom, highlighting her competitive spirit.

Ryan Dodd (Alberta) – Achieved silver in Men’s Jump, continuing his legacy of excellence.

These incredible performances reflect the hard work and dedication of our athletes, who continue to elevate the sport of water skiing in Canada. Each competitor’s dedication and perseverance have made our nation extremely proud.
