Water Ski and Wakeboard Canada (WSWC) is pleased to acknowledge the support of Tourism Calgary for two major international water ski events taking place in Calgary this summer.
The 2026 IWWF Over 35 Waterski Championships, scheduled for July 19-26, will welcome the world’s top 35+ water ski athletes to Calgary for a week of international competition. The event will bring together competitors from around the globe to compete in Slalom, Trick, Jump, Overall, and Team events.
Just days later, Calgary will host the Rocky Mountain Pro Am from July 30-August 2, featuring many of the sport’s top professional athletes competing at one of Canada’s premier water ski sites.
Tourism Calgary’s investment helps bring world-class competition to Canadian waters while creating opportunities for Canadian athletes to compete on home soil against international competition. The support also contributes to showcasing Calgary as a destination for major sporting events and welcoming athletes, officials, and spectators from around the world.
WSWC extends its thanks to Tourism Calgary for its support of these events and its commitment to growing sport tourism in Calgary and Canada.
