Water Ski & Wakeboard Canada (WSWC) is a not-for-profit National Sport Organization (NSO), nationally incorporated and governed under the Canadian Not-for-Profit Corporations Act.
Our By-Laws have recently been updated to ensure they continue to provide a strong framework for effective governance. These By-Laws are approved by our Board of Directors and ratified by our Members (Provincial/Territorial Organizations), ensuring that our structure reflects the voice and needs of our community.
We are proud to share that WSWC is fully in compliance with the Canadian Sport Governance Code, demonstrating our ongoing commitment to transparency, accountability, and best practices in sport governance.
