Canoe Kayak Canada (CKC) has reached out to Water Ski & Wakeboard Canada with an urgent request for experienced boat drivers to help support two major international events taking place in Montreal this week.
This is a great opportunity for members of the water ski community to support another Canadian water sport while helping deliver world-class international competition.

Boat Drivers Needed
CKC is looking for volunteers to operate:
- 6 pontoon boats (transporting officials)
- 3 zodiac-style boats
- 2 Yamaha 9.9 outboard boats
They are seeking:
- 5–6 drivers per day for the World Cup (July 9–12)
- Up to 8 drivers per day for the Pan American Championship (July 13–15)
Event Details
- Approximately 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. each day (hours may vary)
- Compensation options are available
- Ideal for members in the Montreal area or those willing to travel
Whether you’re available for one day or the entire week, your assistance would make a significant difference.
